Here is some information on Island Toyota’s rental policy:

When renting from Island Toyota, customers must provide:

• A current valid U.S. driver’s license as proof you are at least 21 years old
• Proof of full insurance coverage
• Your written agreement that the car will remain in the U.S. and cannot be driven into Mexico

Here are some other conditions of rental:

• Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or other costs while it is rented.
• Customers must return the rental vehicle in the same condition they received it except for normal wear and tear.
• Vehicle rental does not include fuel, and all vehicles should be returned with a full fuel tank. A charge of $6.00 per gallon is charged to the customer if the tank is not full.
• Smoking in our vehicles is NOT permitted, and we will charge you a $100 cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking when the vehicle is returned.
• You cannot transport any animals in our rental cars, and we will charge you a $100 cleaning fee if you do.
  If you obtain your rental car due to repairs being made, and the rental is being paid for by a third party such as insurance or other entity, you must return the car within 24 hours of your vehicle being repaired or you will be charged the retail rental rate for each additional day you keep the car.
